Mandrake Whitsundays is a 50 foot Ocean Racing Pocket Maxi Yacht which is one of the most popular sailing trips in the Whitsundays. Mandrake Whitsundays has a racing history in famous races such as the Sydney to Hobart. After an expensive refit to become a Whitsundays charter sailing vessel Mandrake is available for private charter or for 2 day 2 night crewed charters sailing the Whitsunday Islands.
A typical Whitsundays sailing itinerary can include a day spent on Whitehaven Beach, a bush walk at Hill Inlet and dinner under the stars at Nara Inlet at Hook Island, a bush walk to see aboriginal rock art caves or a trip to Blue Pearl Bay on Hayman Island. Weather and tide conditions dictate destinations on each day.
Mandrake takes a maximum of 15 passengers and crew on each trip.
Freshly prepared Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is provided a good variety of dishes is provided daily and special dietry requirements can be catered for with advance notice when booking. Mandrake does not serve alcohol so you are able to BYO (no glass please).
Mandrake Scuba Diving and Snorkeling
Mandrake will attempt to rendevous with a Whitsundays dive boat for those who wish to scuba dive this is not always possible but usually is not a problem. Snorkeling is free of charge and all snorkel gear is provided free of charge.
