Description:
Samurai has competed in the Sydney to Hobart
yacht race and other premier races such as the
Burns Philip South Pacific Maxi Championship
in 1981.
A shorter Whitsundays budget trip, Samurai is better suited to the younger traveller looking to travel with other young people in a party style atmosphere.
Like all Whitsundays Maxi yachts Samurai has non private open plan accommodation with only single berths available. A free certified or introductory dive is included in the price and Samurai will take you to the very best Whitsundays locations available according to wind and tide each day.
Whitehaven Beach is included on every Whitsundays trip as are the best fringing reef locations within the Whitsundays Islands.
Freshly prepared Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is provided a good variety of dishes is provided daily and special dietry requirements can be catered for with advance notice when booking. Samurai does not serve alcohol so you are able to BYO (no glass please).
Samurai Scuba Diving and Snorkeling:
Your first certified or introductory dive is free and after that there is a charge for each dive. Snorkeling is free of charge and all snorkel gear is provided free of charge.
Included:
We include Hot Showers (share shower/toilet), Fresh Linen (bring your own towels), freshly prepared gourmet meals and snorkel gear. Vegetarians catered for with advance notice. All extra costs are included in the Total Price shown there is nothing further to pay.
What to Bring:
Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, toiletries, towels, swimmers, rubber soled sandshoes and sandals, warm jumper, shorts, T/Shirts, camera all in a small soft bag. Excess luggage should be left on the mainland. Secure lock up facilities are available in Airlie Beach reservations will advise when checking in.
