This policy covers how Oz Magic the Web Site treats personal information that Oz Magic the Web Site collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Oz Magic the Web Site products and services. Oz Magic the Web Site does not give your personal information to anyone other than the tourism business that you wish to book the services of.

Oz Magic the Web Site does not keep a copy of your credit card details on computer.  Your booking form is retreived from our secure booking page, printed and kept in a printed manual file until such time as your arrangements with us have been completed. Your booking form is deleted from our secure booking page immediately after it has been received and printed.

Oz Magic the Web Site will only share your personal and credit card information with the tourism business providing the service you wish to use.  This is a standard practice in the industry and your details are required by all tour operators and accommodation venues to be held by that business until your arrival.  Oz Magic the Web Site will advise you prior to booking if the operators payment policy varies from this standard practice.

Oz Magic the Web Site does not compile lists of clients for future use in marketing or for sale to another person or company for any purpose.

Oz Magic the Web Site will not use your personal information to contact you at a future date in order to market products to you.  We trust you will be sufficiently happy with our service to contact us should you need our services again.

Oz Magic the Web Site keeps your personal information in a printed manual file which is destroyed once your arrangements with us have been completed.

Oz Magic the Web Site only records your tax invoice which contains your name, address, phone number and email address.  This is required by Australian Taxation law to be kept for a period of 7 years and is only viewable by the Australian Taxation Department if so required.  Your credit card details are not required and are not recorded.
